High Peaks Cottages is located at the base of the Baw Baw foot hills in West Gippsland and only 1½ hours’ drive from Melbourne.
Travelling from Melbourne along the M1 Princess Highway you turn left at the first set of traffic lights as you approach the township of Trafalgar.
You then cross the train track and follow the road to the right and then turn left onto Willow Grove Road (C463).
Stay on Willow Grove Road for 17km until you reach the T intersection where you then veer to the left onto Moe Willow Grove Road (C465).
Travel for a further 6km until you sight the bus shelter and the Australia Post letterboxes on your right hand side; turn right at that point into Russell Creek Road.
This is a very well maintained unsealed road, but please travel slowly.
Continue for 6.5km until you sight the High Peaks Cottages signboard on your right hand side and you have arrived.
