Welcome to High Peaks Cottages

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of High Peaks Cottages

High Peaks Cottages is located at: 656 Russell Creek Road, Fumina South, Victoria 3825 

  • All prices are based on a Per Night basis and are inclusive of GST.
  • For extended stays call Callum on 0429 853 656 for special pricing
    *A Single Night stay can be arranged but will incur a small surcharge,
    the full 
    amount is 
    charged at time of booking, please call to discuss further.
    *Only available Mondays to Thursdays.

    *Single Night Stays are NOT available during School Holidays, Long Weekends, Fridays to Sundays
    and the Declared Snow Season. (Approx. June to End September)

We accept Visa, Master Card, Direct Debit or PayPal.

Booking Conditions
A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking (except for single night stays where the full amount is charged at time of booking)
the balance will be charged to your credit card 24 Hours prior to your arrival.

If you have elected to pay via Bank Transfer or PayPal please pay your balance 48 hours prior to your
arrival to allow for processing delays.

To comply with Health & Safety Regulations smoking is STRICTLY prohibited within the cottages. 
Each cottage has appropriate Cigarette/Butt disposal ashtrays placed outside, in their respective BBQ Alfresco areas.

Although your hosts are animal lovers we unfortunately do not allow pets on the premises.
(With the exception of assistance dogs)

Cancellation Policy
In the event you may need to cancel a booking please be aware that deposits are not refundable. 
However, they can be transferred to a future stay at the discretion of High Peaks management. 
In the event of a ‘No Show” or where the cancellation is given with less than 48 Hours notice the deposit may be forfeited. 
If you have a compelling reason to cancel or change your booking please talk to us.

Cancellation Policy during the declared Fire Danger Period
Management might need to reschedule bookings when the CFA declare Extreme Fire Danger Events
and in particular CODE RED Events for the area.
This is for your safety, and every effort will be made to reschedule your booking to a mutually agreeable
time and more importantly, a safer time.

Damage
Please note that the cost of repairs or replacement of any damaged items during your stay will be charged to the guests account.
