In the event you may need to cancel a booking please be aware that deposits are not refundable. 
However, they can be transferred to a future stay at the discretion of High Peaks management. 
In the event of a ‘No Show” or where the cancellation is given with less than 48 Hours notice the deposit may be forfeited. 
If you have a compelling reason to cancel or change your booking please talk to us.

The minimum stay is 2 nights.

The maximum stay is 7 nights. please contact if you wish to stay longer and a discounted rate may be applied. 

The check-in time is 1pm.

The check-out time is 10am. A late check out may be arranged (depending on bookings).

Well behaved pets are allowed in Blackwood Cottage. Please advise us if you are bringing your pet and adhere to cottage pet rules: No pets on furniture or bedding and they must be within eye sight with good recall while walking the property. 

There are Shuttle bus services that run in the area including a taxi service to Mt Baw Baw. The Noojee Hotel also offers a free shuttle but to and from which is a great spot for Dinner.

Please note that the cost of repairs or replacement of any damaged items during your stay will be charged to the guests account.
